We provide a comprehensive white glove installation service

A site survey is necessary to assess your home and the location you wish to put the unit or units. It also gives you a complete view of how the installation will look.

Site Survey

The site survey is a really important step in the double checking process.

One of our engineers will visit your home to ensure the solution is fit for purpose and matches fully your climate and home’s requirements. Our aim is to ensure you get the most out of your Air Conditioning solution so we will check and double check our solution meets your needs.

A text confirming your site survey appointment will be sent 24 hours before hand. This will include the name and photo of your engineer for maximum security and peace of mind. It is really important that you, the homeowner is present during the site survey, decisions on position and location need to be signed off by the homeowner to ensure 100% satisfaction.

The engineer will discuss with you the options for installation identifying all potential locations and positioning of the unit, pipework and external compressor to make sure the end result will meet your requirements. They will also note any access constraints and provide work around solutions. Once you are happy to progress, you will be briefed on the next steps of the process and provided with written detailed requirements for your electrician to ensure smooth delivery.

If the solution adjusts during site survey from that ordered online, a revised quote will be provided. You may cancel the original order and get a quibble free refund and either accept reject the alternative solution. Should you accept this order, you may purchase this option on line.

Electrical Requirements

With the electrical requirements specified by our engineer during the site survey, your electrician will need to complete these works prior to the installation date. Once complete we are ready for the installation.
